Concept :-
We Make a folder that looks like control panel or recycle bin
when system admin (victim) tries to access it he'll get directed to the location Control Panel or Recycle Bin depending on the folder you named
But if you try to access it using ftp or total commander you get straight into your folder
Lets Do this :-
1. Make A folder , put some contents in it (if you wish to)
2. Rename it "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B303
without the quotes to make it look like control panel
3. Double click on it
4. Voila you land into control panel
5. Try to access the same folder with total commander or via ftp client . you can easily view the contents

but still it will look like control panel
just make sure to keep the extension same
One good look :-
Look At the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindo
it contain the sets of folder extensions that u can use

other way
Open any windows explorer window. There go to the menu bar
Tools-->folder options-->view tab
There uncheck the option : "hide protected operating system files". Press Yes to the conformation msg.
Now u can see the full name of the folder xyz as xyz.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309
Just rename it back to xyz. U have the folder back again.
